I embarked on my journey as a Personal Trainer back in 2016, after completing my Sports Performance degree at university. My passion for health and fitness, coupled with my experience as a professional rugby player for two years, has been the driving force behind my training and coaching approach since an early age.
During my time at Bristol rugby, I had the privilege of learning from some of the best strength and conditioning coaches. This valuable experience, combined with my personal journey, has equipped me with the fundamental knowledge required to provide my clients with well-informed and effective advice.
I believe in making fitness sessions enjoyable, diverse, and challenging to keep clients motivated while they work towards their goals.
