Football
The Portway RDC is home to two artificial grass floodlit 5-a-side football pitches. The pitches are available for hire year-round and are regularly used by community football teams and others for training. Although our grass pitches and training areas are laid out for rugby they are available for hire for football training and other sports.

Rugby
The Portway RDC was built for rugby! Since it was opened, it has been used by numerous rugby clubs and teams. Now the home of St Brendan's RFC and Bristol Jets touch rugby our pitches remain available for hire to other teams. Our facilities include:
- 2 full-sized floodlit pitches
- floodlight grass training area
- artificial grass small-sided floodlight pitch (suitable for non-contact training)
Venue Hire
The Portway RDC is available for hire and has regularly hosted sports tournaments, community events and beeen used as a location base for multiple film and TV productions (our changing rooms even featured in the the Disney Show, Rivals!).
We’re conveniently located with plenty of on-site parking. Plus, if you’re using public transport, there are multiple bus routes nearby and Sea Mills train station is a short walk away, making access quick and hassle-free.
